Everything's fine!

We met with the neurologist this morning and he said that she has had the cyst since birth and since it is not impairing her functioning, there is no need to take any sort of action. Apparently the type of cyst she has is extremely common and never malignant. This is a huge relief to all of us.

She will have to take special precautions to avoid head injuries because those might cause the cyst to rupture. Essentially, this means that she will not be allowed to engage in any cage fighting. That's a bummer, but I'm sure we can find suitable alternatives.

Seriously though, I want to thank everyone for your support and kindness. It's a wonderful feeling to know that there are so many people out there who care!
